2. ABOUT OUR GRADUATES@SWISSRE PROGRAM

Our graduates will start with a 18 months on the job training. In 18 intense months, our graduates will have many opportunities to learn, hone their creativity, develop their leadership skills and build an exciting career. The programme combines general business learning modules and specific technical modules offering a unique and well rounded curriculum including analytical, communication and leadership skills development linked to our corporate principles and strategy.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 3 years of working experience are welcomed to apply.

Online application on www.swissre.com with completion of 2 online tests. Interested students are recommended to find out more on our global business if you are looking for reinsurance opportunity in an international corporate environment. Please submit the online profile directly. Candidates will be acknowledged by Swiss Re's email to facilitate completion for a verbal and an numerical online tests.

8. RECRUITMENT TIMELINE

Screening of profiles will start followed by evaluation meetings with the recruitment team and line managers. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our Hong Kong Assessment Centre in February 2014 for the final stage of selection.
