摘要:The global economic crisis is changing the landscape. Governments around the world are trying to stimulate their economies. Consumers have run out of money and retailers have run out of ideas. A new retail landscape is emerging. Three elements for retailer’s success will be explored. A major part of the journey consumers will undertaking in this period will be a re-evaluation of what they consider as value. A new shopper value equation has been created and will be explained. Examples will be shown of how retailers in the USA and UK are communicating value to their customers in TV commercials and in store to reflect the changing times.
