I am saddened to hear of the passing of Professor Li Yining, the founding Dean of the Guanghua School and an influential thought leader whose perspectives had a profound impact in the transformation of China's economy.
On behalf of our entire faculty of SC Johnson College of Business, I want to express our heartfelt condolences to Professor Li's family, friends, and colleagues at the Guanghua School. His vision about Guanghua's international network and efforts laid the foundation for Guanghua current standing as the most globally connected business school in China today. His legacy is also deeply felt in our Cornell-Peking MMH/MBA program, of which we are sure that he would be proud.
