职业生长妄想（Career Development Program,简称CDP）是空气产品公司关于公司未来人才作育的战略性投资妄想。自1959年在美国和欧洲开展以来，此妄想一直为公司运送种种人才，包括本科及硕士工程师、博士研究职员、本科及硕士IT职员、财务以及商务职员。该项目包括工程师生长妄想（EDP）、MBA职业生长妄想、Technology职业生长妄想以及IT职业生长妄想。

MBA职业生长妄想简称 (MBA CDP) 是为立志从事财务和商务领域的应届MBA结业生量身设计。伟易博目的是通过提高作育工具的职业能力和专业手艺，明确其职业偏向并增强其向导能力，由此为公司作育未来的向导者。该妄想由三个职位轮换组成，整个妄想周期为两年。
